Can I purchase this deal and process my pass at a different location then where I made my purchase?
- No, Annual Passes must first be processed at the location which they were purchased for before they can be used at any other location. Make sure you are purchasing for the correct location.
Is a promo code needed for this deal?
No promotional code is needed. While the offer is live, all Black Friday Annual Passes bought on-site and online through our website will be valid for two years from purchase date.
Can I renew my Annual Pass now, even if it doesn’t expire until next year?
Anyone, including our existing Passholders, are welcome to take advantage of our Black Friday sale. However, we CANNOT add time to a current Annual Pass and this would be considered a new purchase. Make sure you use the same email as your current pass to keep all your Annual Passes in the same account.
How long are Annual Passes good for?
Annual Passes are usually valid 1 year from the PURCHASE date. However, during our Black Friday sale, all new passes bought will be valid for 2 years from the PURCHASE date.
When does my current Annual Pass expire?
If you are unable to locate your Annual Pass expiration date, please contact ceguest@crayolaexperience.com and include the following:
• Order ID
• Member ID number
