What if I have a dated/timed ticket but you are still closed?
No problem. We will honor tickets for up to 1 year beyond the date of purchase. Just bring your tickets to the admissions desk when you visit and we’ll reissue them.
Additionally, expiration dates of all valid tickets as of March 14, 2020, will be automatically extended beyond for the number of days we are closed plus an additional 30 days. We’ll be able to communicate the exact number of extension days once we confirm our reopening date.
However, if you are using your tickets for a location that is different from what was originally reserved, you will need to go to the admissions desk at the new location and exchange your tickets at the time of your visit.
