What is your service animal policy?
Crayola Experience welcomes Service Animals. A Service Animal is a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
Pets, emotional support animals, and comfort animals are not allowed.
Below are the Crayola Experience guidelines for guests with Service Animals:
•
Only trained Service Animals are permitted inside Crayola Experience.
•
Service Animals must be under the control of their owner at all times and should be on a restraining device, such as a leash or harness.
•
Service Animal owners are responsible for caring for and supervising their Service Animal. Crayola Experience staff are not able to take control of Service Animals.
•
Service Animals must be well-behaved and housebroken.
•
If the Service Animal causes a disturbance or a mess, the guest and accompanying service animal may be asked to leave at the discretion of Crayola Experience staff.
•
Due to the nature of some attractions, Service Animals may not be permitted in certain areas, such as the playground.
