Requesting a donation is simple, simply fill out this online form.

Tips for your request: 

• Plan Ahead: Requests must be submitted at min. 30 days in advance of the event date.   Tickets will be valid for 1 year.
• Have Your 501(c)3 Handy: All requests require a valid 501(c)3 to be approved in addition to organization name and event date. 
• Use a Valid Email: If approved, your tickets will be sent to the email you provide.  Please note, once you request tickets, you will receive an email confirmation.  The request will still need to be approved and tickets will be sent at a later date.
