Passholder Portal

SCREAMIN' GREEN! We have an online portal for our Annual Passholders! Use the Passholder Portal to update your member info, check your Annual Pass expiration date and more. 

Access Instructions 

1. Go to our Portal Login link by selecting your Crayola Experience location below: 
   Easton, PA  Orlando, FL  Plano, TX  Chandler, AZ
2. Click on "Login" in the top right corner. 
3. If you have not set up your account yet, follow the steps in our Passholder Portal Guide to do so.  

NOTE: You will need the email associated with your Annual Pass to login. Not sure what it is? Don't be blue! Our team can help you. Reach out to ceguest@crayolaexperience.com for help accessing your account. 

Sonic Silver and Gold Fusion passholder Bring a Friend FREE tickets have all been issued. If looking to redeem these tickets, please login to the portal to access them. Tickets expire one year from date of issue and can only be accessed while an active passholder. Note: these tickets are separate from the quarterly Bring a Friend FREE days offered to all of our active Passholders.
